Imagine a team operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness. How do they interact? What do they share? Does anyone hold back? Can they debate openly and constructively?
In today’s diverse and fast-paced business environment, optimizing team performance while fostering inclusivity is key to boosting employee engagement, retention, and innovation. In this session, we will explore the intersection of inclusion and performance as the framework for creating the 100% team.
First, we will examine the fundamental elements of a workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. As workplaces become more diverse, there is an increased risk of miscommunication. We will discuss strategies to tap into different ideas and perspectives, leveraging diversity without sacrificing engagement and collaboration. Finally, we will delve into how diversity influences decision-making in teams.
