She is a speaker, writer and facilitator within the CPA profession on topics related to practice management, talent, practice growth and business development. Brianna works with individuals and teams to apply new methods for collaborating, communicating and creating pathways for achieving goals. A Millennial, she is passionate about promoting the values, interests and motivators of NextGen talent and clients. Brianna leads the ConvergenceCoaching Rainmaker Development Program® (RDP), working with firms and individuals to elevate their business development strategies. She is also a coach in the firm’s Transformational Leadership Program™ (TLP). When Brianna isn't working with professionals to achieve their goals, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Finn. She loves to cook, bake, and travel to new places and old favorites, to ski, mountain bike or just explore.
